Looking for an easy puree for baby? Try this bright green zucchini puree with a mild flavor and thin consistency, perfect for introducing solids!
Whenever I think of a zucchini, I always sing (to myself), “It was an itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka-dot zucchini.” Without fail. It’s 100% because the dad joke, “What does a vegetable wear to the beach? A Zucchini!” coupled with this picture from @dadjks. If only that zucchini was wearing a yellow polka-dot bikini!
Zucchini, also known as courgette, creates a puree with a mild flavor and thin consistency, perfect for introducing solids. In addition, it’s easy to digest and full of nutrients. So if you need an easy green to add to baby’s diet, try this bright green puree.
