Pear Baby Puree
Jump to recipe
Pear puree is a perfect for introducing solids as it’s gentle on baby’s little tummy and high in fiber, vitamin C, and potassium.
Hanky Pank loves pears!
I love pears because they’re super easy to make, which is great because we go through them quickly. It’s also important to note pears are one of the “P” fruits that are great for helping to reduce constipation as they are packed with dietary fiber. When introducing solids, we would include one “P” fruit in one or two meals to help keep things moving.
