Turkey Meatballs Baby Food
These Turkey Meatballs for baby are packed with protein. A perfect finger food for baby or a quick snack for hangry parents!
Fall is here and I’ve fully embraced it. Which is actually a little out of character for me. Usually I dread fall as it’s the end of summer. But not this year. Instead I’ve already managed to find a pumpkin and make Pumpkin Spice Puree. Now it’s time to make some Turkey Meatballs.
Like Chicken Noodle Soup, meatballs are pretty easy to make with simply ingredients. The essentials are ground beef or turkey, bread crumbs, and eggs. From there, you can add all sorts of vegetables, seasonings, and cheese, such as onions, garlic, parmesan, oh my! But as Hanky Pank is just getting started on finger foods, I decided to keep it simple and just add sage.
If you’d like, you can even make your own bread crumbs. Just preheat oven to 300 degrees and arrange bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until dry, about 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside until cool enough to handle. Then tear bread into smaller pieces and place into food processor. Pulse to desired crumb size. Easy peasy (but not at all required)!
While Hanky Pank was certainly happy with these Turkey Meatballs, my mother-in-law was blown away that just four ingredients could make such a delicious meatball. Next time, there will be cheese!

These were great and my toddler enjoyed! I didn’t have sage so used oregano instead. I also added parmesan cheese to the mix. The cook time was only 15 minutes for me to have them get to 165 degrees.
Hi Kendra! Oh my gosh, I’m so happy your toddler enjoyed them. Oregano and parmesan sound amazing, I will definitely have to try that. Thanks for sharing and definitely let me know if you try any other recipes!!
