Sweet Potato Baby Puree
Sweet potatoes are a staple in our home. They’re easy to make and delicious. Hanky Pank is always quick to gobble them up. In addition, they make the most satisfying puree. Not only is it very smooth, but it is also a beautiful orange.
While sweet potatoes are certainly excellent on their own, they’re great with other foods to do the following:
- Tone down something spicy, or
- Thicken something thin.
If you’re debating making your own baby food, start with sweet potatoes for a vegetable. It really helped boost my confidence when it came to making my own baby food to have sweet potatoes as an early success.
