Peanut Butter Banana Bread
This Peanut Butter Banana Bread is naturally sweet while low in sugar. Perfect for breakfast and great for the lunchbox.
This weekend we’re on our way to Cannon Beach in Oregon. We’ve been talking about doing it FOREVER and finally picked a weekend. While it certainly won’t be a tropical getaway, I’m excited to walk on the sandy shore and explore some tide pools with Hanky Pank.
Instead of packing my bag the night before like a normal person, I decided to make some banana bread. No way I could let those 3 overripe bananas go to waste. Plus, it will make a great breakfast over the next few days on our little adventure.

This banana bread is so easy to make. I just combine all the ingredients in my KitchenAid, pour the batter into a loaf pan, and let it cook for an hour. Not only do I have a delicious banana bread our whole little family enjoys, but our home smells amazing.
While this banana bread is naturally sweet from the bananas, peanut butter, and date paste, I usually sprinkle some milk chocolate chips on top when it’s just out of the oven for a little extra yumminess.
